Q: How are the orders shipped?
A: There will be four (4) mass shipments per year to each office location. Electing to include your order within this mass shipment will save on shipping costs. If you need an item immediately or want something delivered to your home, you may elect to do so, and the shipping cost will be added to your total.

Q: How do I create a login and password?
A: Click on Register at the top of the home page, fill out all the information to create an account.
Q: Can I select any RAM logo I want on my items?
A: You have the option of the RAM head or the full RAM logo on each apparel item. Logo color will default to RAM’s corporate guidelines per garment color.
Q: Can I payroll deduct for my order?
A: Payroll deduct is an option, at checkout, select Payroll Deduct, your order will be sent to the payroll department for approval prior to shipping?

Q: How do I get my order expedited if needed?
A: Field service items will ship within 24 hours if stock it available. If you are ordering non-field service items and want an order expedited, place your order on line and then contact Tracy Evans at 248-335-4440 or e-mail tracy@mackellar.com with your in hands date.
